Item Condition

All items are sold as-is, where-is, with no warranties. Titles, descriptions, condition labels, and photos are provided for reference only. Buyers are responsible for reviewing all available information before bidding.

We strongly encourage all bidders to visit the store where the auction is taking place to verify and/or test any lots prior to bidding.

Pickup Only – No Shipping

All items are local pickup only. No shipping is available.

Pickup for each auction will take place in the same city/location where the auction is held and where you placed your bid.

Items must be picked up within five (5) days of auction close.

Bidding

All bids are legally binding. Winning bidders are responsible for full payment and timely pickup of their items.

Fees & Taxes

A 12% Buyer’s Premium applies to all winning lots.
Sales tax is charged based on the auction location, where applicable.
All charges are clearly itemized on your invoice.

Abandoned Items

Items not picked up within five (5) days will be considered abandoned and may be resold.
No refunds will be issued.
